Why Self Esteem is Important?

Some things may be equally valuable but nothing is more valuable than a healthy sense of self esteem and loving yourself, caring of yourself and embracing the best from you.

  •  When you only love yourself the first thing which happens to you than you don't have to prove yourself in front of anyone, you face every one with a negligible expectation from you and speak freely in front of anyone.
    LOVE YOURSELF
  •  You become the rider of your own soul. and can move your interest in any direction because now you only care of yourself, you don't allow anybody to take control of your life, your dreams and your path.
  • Having a low self esteem shows that you have a very low image of yourself. You don't find yourself fit in the environment and either start neglecting your environment or choose different appropriate ways to impress others by suppressing your true identity.
  • Most of the people are suffering from from a low esteem by there body structure or skin color. Howsoever someone neglects its but that's the true fact that everybody is suffering from this issue.A fat person scares if we ask him or her for a party or beach view. They found themselves not fit in outings and the person who is dark in color feels that he or she cannot be approached or they cant approach. Believe it guys best couples are not formed due to color they are formed due to the affection and love they share. You just need to believe it and start trying and approaching the things you want to do and achieve.
  • Low self esteem and high self esteem are not born from birth. They are the gifts or curses which our society and or family environment give to us. If a person is suffering from low self esteem then it is the result of the continuous taunting and pressure which he/she is bearing from his/her childhood.A child who brought up in a conservative family environment mostly the children from those family suffers from this because they are taught at every point that whats is bad for them instead of telling what is good for them.
  • And the children who are born in an open minded family are more confident about there identity and thought. They express themselves freely and do whatever they want in life without any second thoughts because they know if they fall then there family is always there to support them.

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
